$50 delivery fee (setup and delivery $100) to metro Phoenix area. Pick up available in Tempe.
Cancellations and Refunds:
Please allow 30 days for any cancellation. A 25% administrative fee will be applied to all refunds. Refunds will not be given past the 30 day deadline.
